PRODUCTS

Our full range of the products can be viewed, selected and ordered online from our website and are subject to availability.

Food Allergy Alert!

Some of the products we manufacture may contain nuts or nut oil and, some of the other products, whilst not containing nuts or nut oil, are manufactured in an environment where nuts and nut oil are present and therefore, we always recommend that people with nut allergies always check with us on contact.jaxani@gmail.com or call us on 07842243952 about the ingredients and DO NOT consume any of our products if you are not sure.

In addition to nuts allergy, if you wish to find out about other allergen information within any of our products please contact us on the above details.

WEBSITE ORDERING

The display of any product or service on the website is not an offer to sell and we shall be under no obligation whatsoever to supply the products or services ordered through our website. If you place an order this will be your offer to purchase the products from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the goods or services until we accept your order by providing written confirmation. Just by placing an order through accessing our website is not to be taken as meaning that we will enter into any contract with you and we reserve the right to refuse any online transaction.

An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you must have specified when placing your order. Please check that all details accurately reflect your requirements and should there be any discrepancies, please e-mail us on contact.jaxani@gmail.com

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on our website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Capacity to Contract

You are confirming by placing an order that you are not a minor and are aged 18 or over and have the capacity to enter into a contract with us.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express but not by means of any other card. We will obtain a sanction from the relevant card company prior to dispatch and it is important for you to provide us with correct details such as but not limited to name, account address, card number, issue number, issue date and expiry date. We cannot accept liability for an order being delayed as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given to us.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay. If you are ordering from a non-United Kingdom mainland address, the appropriate exchange rate prevailing at the relevant time will apply.

In the unfortunate event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase through our website, you as a consumer are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you the consumer are entitled in accordance with the prevailing laws of England and Wales to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our online ordering service is available for delivery in the mainland UK as well as all other countries. Please refer to the delivery pricing and delivery timings at the time of placing an order.

All orders received by 11.00 a.m on any normal working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) can be dispatched within 24 hours of your placing the order. Please note that if you wish to have your goods delivered on Saturday, you must place your order on the Thursday before 3 p.m. All orders are delivered in between the times of 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

All orders require a signature on delivery, which will usually be between 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday in the UK mainland only. Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery during these hours. Should our courier be unable to deliver, you will be notified of the options available for re-delivery or how to collect the delivered items. It will then become the recipient’s responsibility to contact our courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact is made re-delivery may be attempted without further contact with the recipient. We accept no liability for any loss or damage by reason of a delivery failure owing to the recipient not being available, or if the goods perish and become inedible as a result of non-delivery.

We can only deliver to the address you provide and enter when placing your order and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated address is incorrect. The delivery address must be a physical address and not a post box number. Any deliveries to a business address shall be deemed to be completed if left at the reception area and a representative signs a receipt.

Out of UK mainland orders

We do not recommend shipping some of our perishable products to outside of UK mainland countries as our products are temperature sensitive. We cannot accept any liability, which is hereby excluded to the full extent permitted by the laws of England, for any perished Products when shipped outside UK mainland areas owing to the fact that we have no control over temperature during transit or the way the product is handled during transit.

Returns Policy

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure one of these conditions are met:

  • Product was in damaged condition (and not consumable) when delivered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Less quantity delivered


If the product you have received turns out to be damaged you will be required to notify us via email on contact.jaxani@gmail.com or call us on 07842243952 within 24 hours of the delivery with sufficient proof of the damaged delivery by providing us with the photos of the delivered package, product images and the condition of the damaged product. Our team of professionals will inspect it and if found within the eligible conditions, we will process your refund. We will ask you to provide us with your banking details to process your refund.

Poor Quality

We want you to be totally satisfied with the order you receive from us. If the product we supplied is of poor quality, we request you to contact us on contact.jaxani@gmail.com or call us on 07842243952 to discuss and we may be able to refund you for the poorly product subject to our mutual communication and agreement.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Seasonal Delivery Periods

The postal and other delivery services will be extremely busy over periods  such as Diwali, Eid, Janmasthmi, Christmas, etc. and delivery times may take longer than usual for which we cannot be responsible as these matters are beyond our control.

Cancelling the Order

No cancellation is available after we have emailed you with our confirmation of your order or 24 hours before the delivery date, whichever is earlier. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on 07842243952 or email us on contact.jaxani@gmail.com

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling policy which means that any complaint should be notified in writing at Jaxani Veg Food Ltd, 152 Kenton Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 8AZ and you have our assurance that your complaint will be carefully investigated and you will receive a reply from us within 7 days of the receipt of the complaint.
